Order Processing
Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be prepared in our warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Order Confirmation and Tracking Information: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped from our warehouse. All orders are fully tracked, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has left our warehouse and a tracking number is provided, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or theft in transit.

We now offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping to EU and US addresses. This means all import duties, taxes, and fees are already covered by us — so you won’t face any extra charges on delivery.

IMPORTANT:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. 

If you take advantage of FREE shipping on your initial order, and returning items brings the total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

In rare instances, delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand or national holidays. In these situations, we will make every effort to address delays and keep you informed.
