Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared in our warehouse.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. 

If you take advantage of FREE shipping on your initial order, and returning items brings the total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
